Answer: No, we only ship exercise equipment (like roman
chairs) to the continental United States of America.

Answer: No, unless we are sending the item to Utah.

What is your return policy?
Answer: All exercise equipment is drop-shipped (we place
the order with the factory outlet and they ship it to you)
from various factory outlets. Therefore we need you to
follow these instructions when returning an item.
Our return policy for exercise equipment
is simple. Your complete satisfaction is very important to
us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply
return the item within 31 days of ordering for a prompt,
courteous refund. But before returning the item you must
contact our Customer Service Department by email to obtain a
Return Authorization Number. (No exchanges or returns will
be accepted without this number). Once you receive this
number, make arrangements to send back the item(s) you need
to exchange or return. All returns or exchanges of the
whole unit must arrive in like new condition in the original
boxes. If the customer returns the item(s) for any
reason except that it is defective, we do not refund the
actual shipping charges that we pay for the item to be shipped
to you (even if the item is listed as "free shipping").
The customer is also responsible to pay the charges for
return shipping. You will need to make the necessary
arrangements to ship the item back, typically to the factory
outlet (we will provide specific instructions after
receiving your notice). Exception: As is the
case with most software products, we do not allow returns on
multimedia products, like the Rx Tools DVD.
