History
We have been selling back and ab exercise equipment
since 1999.
When I was a new physical therapist at the Spine Center in Houston,
we asked patients with back pain (and subsequent weak back muscles)
to perform back hyperextension exercises. But my boss at the time
did not want to buy a roman chair back hyperextension machine.
Instead, we actually held their legs down while their torso and
upper body dangled off a treatment table. We held on for dear life
as the patients attempted to go through a motion that likely
petrified them because of potential pain of landing on their head if
my grip slipped and I let go!
Thinking back to how it must have looked... I still cringe at the
thought!
Subsequently, I wrote and started selling an eBook describing a back
exercise program. But instead of the treatment table approach, I
recommended buying a roman chair machine. The rest is history as we
now sell more roman chairs from more factory outlets than most
anyone else!
Employees
Now we employ several people to answer the phones to
take orders.
