The
lever arm position is easy to adjust. It has a
"spring-loaded pop pin" that you pull out to adjust the level
arm to perform back extensions or ab crunches.
The seat can be raised or lowered and
the foot pads can be move horizontally forward or backward for
user height adjustments.
Weight plates need to be purchased separately
(weight plates are normally available a your local sporting
goods store or Walmart). This unit
is ready-made for standard 'small' holes weight plates, but you
may order an adapter sleeve for Olympic 'large' hole
weight plates for $10.
